A USA based Digital Marketing company got a client, which was an alcohol & spirits brand. By the process of white labelling, it was then outsourced to us. The challenge for the Spirit’s brand was that it was not getting enough reach, clicks and eventually sales. Its website was slow, laggy and non-user-friendly. The client needed a branding overhaul. Their social media was not up to par, had a poor UI/UX design and was not aesthetically pleasing. They also had poor Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) and indexing which resulted in numerous errors popping up. CRO & Website Optimization:
With a modern and responsive design, optimized for the best user experience, enhanced website loading speed, we completely rebuilt the client’s legacy website and made improvements to their UI/UX. Our team put in place a content management system (CMS) with multi-device compatibility with real-time updating capability. We also used a conversion rate optimization (CRO) strategy by conducting thorough market research, and used the data received to create a better user experience and customer conversion was also increased as a result of building legitimacy and trust for the brand via showcasing its existing client testimonials, and celebrity and influencer endorsements using their products. CRO was also done by improving images, buttons etc. Over the first six months, this resulted in a 50% increase in organic traffic, more organic clicks and conversions on the website, naturally resulting in higher revenue.
